Mohave County Minutemen call to Action:
Obama RELEASE HIS BIRTH CERTIFICATE Protest Date: Thursday, Nov. 13th
Location: 700 W. Beale St. (on the sidewalk in front of the Sheriff’s office), Kingman.
The Mohave County Citizens for Constitutional Freedom and the Mohave County Minutemen invite every citizen that still believes in the United States Constitution, to join us in this 2 hour demand protest that Senator Obama RELEASE HIS BIRTH CERTIFICATE/ RECORDS!
Time: 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m.
Everybody attending the protest, please BRING A a copy of the US Constitution and a SIGN 'ON TOPIC' - REGARDING OBAMA RELEASE HIS BIRTH CERTIFICATE- RECORDS!No matter what side of the aisle you're on... no matter who you voted for in the presidential election,
there are serious questions that need to be answered about Barack H. Obama.
And HE needs to answer them BEFORE he is sworn in as President of the United States of America.
This is NOT about politics, not about Republican or Democrat... it is about upholding the Constitution of the United States and protecting our great country. Senator Barack H. Obama wants to be the President of the United States and quite possibly will become the most powerful man in the world in just a very short time from now.
Yet, Senator Obama has REFUSED to release even the most basic background information about himself. He has refused to show an original copy of his birth certificate from Hawaii, even under serious charges that he may NOT be a citizen of the United States. He has gone as far as participating in a court battle rather than simply show the certificate. At this time, in addition to the Phil Berg lawsuit against Obama regarding this matter, there are numerous other suits that have been filed in many states. Mr. Berg presented factual evidence to the Court in support of his claim that he is either a citizen of his father’s native Kenya by birth, or that he became a citizen of Indonesia, relinquishing his prior citizenship when he moved there with his mother in 1967. In his response to the lawsuit, he neither denied Mr. Berg’s claims nor submitted any evidence which would refute his assertions. Before Obama can exercise any of the powers of the United States, he must prove that he has fully satisfied each and every eligibility requirement that the Constitution mandates for any individual’s exercise of those powers. Should he proceed to assume the office of the President of the United States as anything but a bona fide natural born citizen of the United States that has not relinquished that citizenship, he would be inviting a national disaster, placing our Republic at great risk from untold consequences. As a usurper, Obama would be unable to take the required “Oath or Affirmation” of office on January 20 without committing the crime of perjury or false swearing, for being ineligible for the Office of the President he cannot faithfully execute the Office of the President of the United States; His every act in the usurped Office of the President would be a criminal offense as an act under color of law that would subject the People to the deprivation of their constitutional rights, and entitling him to no obedience whatsoever from the People;
As a usurper acting in the guise of the President he could not function as the Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy and of the militia of the several states, as such forces would be under no legal obligation to remain obedient to him. This issue IS a Constitutional crisis. Obama must halt this escalating crisis by either producing the certified documents establishing beyond question his qualifications to hold the Office of President, or by immediately withdrawing himself from the Electoral College process. “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President.” Article II, Section 1, clause 5.

MEXICAN FLAGS at WALMART

On October 30, thirteen members of the Mohave County Minutemen requested that the manager of the Kingman Walmart remove Mexican flags from their shelves until they can provide Arizona state flags for sale
to Arizonans. While at the store the Mexican flags were removed.

The reason this was requested by our group was because the Kingman Walmart has decided it is more important to stock Mexican flags than to re-stock the Arizona state flag. One of our members continually looked for and requested an Arizona flag for a period of approximately two months. On October 29 this same member was again in the store and noted that Mexican flags had been displayed in the location where the Arizona flag had previously been. As you can imagine, our member was dismayed by Walmarts flagrant display of un-American patriotism.
Therefore 13 American Patriots approached the manager on Monday and requested that the Mexican flags be removed until such time that the Arizona flag be made available to the consumer to purchase.
Our request was granted. Business's need to remember that they are in business because of us,
the consumer. This is the United States of America and we are Patritoic Americans who love our country
and will no longer be silenced.
