Here are just a few reasons why we must FIRE and DO NOT re-elect Nancy McLain:

1. AZ State Rep. Nancy McLain sponsored the HCM 2012 Arizona Temporary Worker Program. This is a back door attempt to continue hiring foreign workers instead of U.S. workers. American People have already lost their wages and their jobs because of the illegal aliens invasion. We don't need more low skill workers to destroy what is left.
Shame on you Rep. McLain!

2. Nancy McLain voted NO TWICE on HCM2003 to Stop the North American Union, a good bill for American Sovereignty, and at the least, a moral stand making it clear to the Federal Government that we will not sell our Freedom to the Globalists... of course she voted against this TWICE!

Vote to pass a bill that requires employers to verify the immigration status of their employees through the Basic Employment Verification Pilot Program. The bill requires all employers to complete and retain employment eligibility verification forms for all employees. It specifies that state and local agencies that issue business licenses must perform company audits. Additionally, the bills sets the following penalties if a business employs an undocumented immigrant: $2,000 per undocumented immigrant for the first violation, $4,000 per undocumented immigrant for a second violation in one year, and $6,000 per undocumented immigrant and one year in prison for a third violation in one year.

6. Representative Nancy McLain voted YES Vote to pass a bill that establishes an annual registration process for off-highway vehicles and applies additional regulations to off-highway vehicles.

8. Based on a point system, with points assigned for actions in support of or in opposition to Arizona Federation of Taxpayers's position, Representative McLain received a very mediocre rating of just 56 points for the year 2006.

9. Nancy McLain is worst than a liberal. At least when you deal with a liberal you know where they stand and you know what to expect. Instead fake Republicans like Nancy McLain they stab you in the back. She try to camouflage her big business agenda and her poor voting records against America with a lot of double talk. Once in a while she flash you with some decent votes just to have enough "gas" to show off the at the next public meetings. In our opinion, Mrs. McLain is a NEOCON (fake conservative). Individuals such as Nancy McLain have destroyed the Republican Party, they are destroying America and our State of Arizona.

10. Rep. Nancy McLain voting against bill because she doesn't like the "tone" of certain emails she's received?
In brief: She VOTED NO on HCM2003 to Stop the North American Union TWICE in just few days apart.
First time she voted NO when this measure failed in the House on March 1, 25-34 !
The second time she voted again NO (again) on March 18th because according to emails directly from Rep. McLain and State Senator Karen Johnson "Rep McLain was very upset with the feedback she was receiving from her District on this issue and that she was reconsidering her "Yea" vote."
Nancy McLain also mislead Sen. Karen Johnson in asking the Mohave County Minutemen to halt their Fire McLain Bullhead City Protest of March 18th.
"When I saw Representative McLain today, she asked me if I had e-mailed you yet and did I know that your
group was going to stage a protest in her District tomorrow. Although I have no authority to do so, I would like to ask you to speak with Representative McLain and if she is going to support the Resolution, could you cancel your protest for tomorrow?" State Sen. Karen Johnson in email sent Monday nite the 17th of March before the Bullhead City Protest to Luca Zanna.
The Mohave County Minutemen agreed to halt their first amendment rally in Bullhead as sign of respect for Sen. Karen Johnson and for the understanding that Rep. McLain would have voted finally YES for this important bill for America and Arizona’s future.
Rep. McLain, regardless the Senator Johnson good faith efforts and the Mohave County Minutemen decision to halt their Bullhead Protest, Rep McLain voted NO again!
Even without Rep. McLain vote HMC2003 finally passed the State House, sending a straight message to Washington that Arizona refuses to be part of President Bush's globalist agenda to create a North American Union, effectively erasing our borders between Mexico and Canada.
State Rep. Nancy McLain, voting against this bill (twice) has greatly disappointed her patriotic constituents in District 3. She also showed her childish revengeful behavior and she has proofed with her childish revengeful behavior that she has no right in representing those who intend to keep America sovereign in District 3.

It's time to take our Party Back! It's time to take America back, it's time to FIRE Nancy McLain!

Dear Mrs McLain. I would like to answer to your feeble, pathetic standard email that you keep sending to all the Citizens of Mohave County that are questioning your latest poor vote against the HCM2003 to Stop the North America Union.

YOU WROTE: "This bill is simply a "postcard" to Congress which has absolutely no force or effect and which will be totally disregarded by anyone to whom it will be sent. It would be much more effective if, at such time as any federal legislation is actually proposed, that we all contact our federal legislators and insist that they not vote for that issue. It has been my policy to vote against virtually all the HCMs that are proposed, as I did against two others that came before us today. In my opinion, they do not make the best use of our limited time, when we should be concentrating on issues that we can do something about, such as our current budget crisis."

My reply to your pathetic first grade answer:
Mrs. McLain, this is bill has force, if we still believe that we have a Constitution.
This is not a federal issue only, this is not a waste of time, this is also a State issue and you as a state representative, and as our public servant, you have performed very poorly, again. We have the 10th amendment MRS MCLAIN!!! The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.

On top, dear Mrs McLain you have the moral obligation to do the right thing, even if it's symbolic. And we have more than symbolic powers if we follow the Constitution! Morally we don't side with the criminals that want to destroy America's Sovereignty. Even if this "Postcard Bill" as you call it, it is a symbolic thing, we must show where the People of Arizona stand on this vital iussue and send a straight LOUD message to Washington!!!

Mrs. Mclain you hide behind the pathetic cheap excuse "to prefer to work the issue with Congressman Trent Franks", that by the way he is often useless, lost alone in that brothel of Washington.
We have separation of powers, we have a local, a state and a federal government... nobody has elected you, Mrs Mclain to work in Washington! Do your job in Phoenix! And please try to do it better.
